- 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter; add sugar.

2Blend in egg yolk.

3Add other ingredients to creamed mixture.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Bake in small greased muffin tins, 20 to 25 minutes. Roll hot rolls in melted butter, then in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
