  • 8 split breasts, skinned
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
  • 2 envelopes onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach jam

Directions

    Place chicken in shallow greased baking dish.

    In another bowl, mix other ingredients and spread over chicken.

    Bake covered for 1 hour, then uncovered for 30 minutes in a 300° oven.
