- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 small container heavy cream
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Partially pre-cook bacon.

2Line bottom of casserole with one-half of bacon strips.

3Break six eggs and space them evenly on top of the bacon strips. Surround each egg with a thin circle of heavy cream.

4Top with grated cheese.

5Repeat second layer on top of first, using remaining bacon and eggs.

6Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 325°.
