- 20 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
- corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Boil vegetables 10 minutes; drain.

2Grease 8 x 8-inch pan; put layer of corn flake crumbs on bottom of pan.

3Mash and mix all other ingredients.

4Put on corn flakes; top with thick layer of corn flake crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares.

7Good with chicken or beef.
