- 1 1/2 lb. flounder or sole fillets
- 1/4 c. sweet and spicy French dressing
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Place fish in a shallow pan.

2Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over fish.

3Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, turning fish occasionally (optional).

4Bake fish, uncovered, in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5Place under the broiler for 5 minutes to brown.
