- assorted cheese (Camembert, Brie, Bel Paese, Brick, Cheddar, Edam, Gouda)
- 1 beaten egg
- fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut cheeses into 1/2 inch cubes. Dip into egg, then crumbs. Repeat for second layer.

3Pour oil into fondue cooker to no more than 1/2 full.

4Heat on range to 375°.

5Add 1 teaspoon salt. Transfer to fondue burner.

6Spear cheeses with fondue fork and fry in hot oil for 1/2 minute.
