  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. hot milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 30 minutes. Drain and mash. Add milk, margarine, seasonings and baking powder.

    Beat until fluffy. Add onion.
