- 30 grams Granulated sugar
Directions

1Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks.

2Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny.

3Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag.

4Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes.

5I used 2 baking sheets.

6Bake in 210F/100C oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100C for another 20 minutes.)
