  • 1 Egg white (large)
  • 30 grams Granulated sugar

Directions

    Whip the egg whites until they form soft peaks.

    Add granulated sugar in 2~3 batches and whip until shiny.

    Set a round tip and place the batter into pastry bag.

    Pipe the meringue into your favorite shapes.

    I used 2 baking sheets.

    Bake in 210F/100C oven for about 60 minutes (if you add time, continue at 210F/100C for another 20 minutes.)
