- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Put green chiles on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

2Cover green chiles with cheese.

3Pour beaten eggs over entire dish. Cover and let set 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour (may be too long).

5Will be brown on top.

6Cut into small squares to serve.
