  • unbaked pie shell
  • 6 to 8 half peaches
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour (heaping)

Directions

    Spoon mixture over peaches and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
