- family size pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can drained bean sprouts
- 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 small can French fried onions
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- small amount oleo
Directions

1Saute onion in small amount of oleo.

2Barely cook peas (leave crunchy!).

3Mix all ingredients, topping casserole with the French fried onions.

4Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.

5Serves 10 to 12.

6Leftovers may be frozen!
