  • Ice
  • 2/3 ounce Cognac
  • 2/3 ounce pisco
  • 1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Dash of beaten egg white (optional)
  • Dash of Angostura bitters, for garnish

Directions

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
