- 6 strips bacon
- 3 eggs
- dash of salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- dash of white pepper
- unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon into pie shell in a 9-inch pie pan. Top with grated cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt, white pepper and cayenne in blender.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Bake for 30 minutes. This can be prepared and frozen (wrapped in aluminum foil) before baking. Serves 6 to 8.
