- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, undrained
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
Directions

1Combine soup and butter; stir well.

2Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquids.

3Add enough water to reserved liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.

4Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, liquid and rice to soup; stir well.

5Pour into lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
