- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- flour
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and salt.

2Add beaten eggs.

3Liquefy yeast in 1 teaspoon sugar.

4Add to mixture.

5Add milk and enough flour to make stiff, smooth dough.

6Let rise 5 hours.

7Take off large chunk off dough; roll thin on floured surface.

8Cut into wedges, spread with soft butter.

9Roll from broad end to narrow end.

10Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet.

11Let rise 3 to 4 hours.

12Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

13Yields approximately 60 rolls.
