- 3/4 c. finely crushed Macadamia nuts
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- whipped cream
- chocolate curls
Directions

1Combine sugar and butter, beat well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating at least 2 minutes after each addition.

3Blend in chocolate and vanilla.

4Mix well.

5Pour over crust.

6Refrigerate at least eight hours before serving.

7Cut into 12 wedges.

8Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
