- 1 c. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. French dressing
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fat
Directions

1Dip liver slices into French dressing.

2Mix together flour, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Dredge liver in seasoned flour. Cook slowly in fat or oil until well browned.

4Turn and brown other side.
