- 1 (16 oz.) can peas
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 large clove garlic
- 6 to 8 strips bacon
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp and remove from fat.

2Dice onion and garlic bulb and saute.

3Pour peas and liquid in can into onion and garlic.

4Add 1/4 cup water and cook on medium heat until liquid has almost cooked out.

5Crumble bacon and add to bowl before serving (bacon stays crispier that way).
