  • 1 large thick sliced sourdough bread
  • egg substitute equal to 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat milk
  • 1 dash vanilla extract, orange extract or almond extract

Directions

    Mix the egg substitute, milk and flavoring in a bowl and dip in the bread to soak up the mixture.

    Grill on a griddle sprayed with Pam.

    Serve with syrup, a fruit mixture or for something different, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
