  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb lean veal, cubed
  • 1 12 cups peeled cubed potatoes
  • 1 cup cut green beans
  • 1 cup cauliflower floret
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup sliced celery
  • 12 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 12 teaspoon dried savory
  • 1 cup small broccoli floret
  • 1 cup peas
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredient, except broccoli, peas, salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding broccoli and peas during last 20-30 minutes.
