  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Beat together the sugar and corn oil.

    Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture.

    Add eggs and vanilla; fold in nuts and apples.

    Pour in greased tube pans. Bake about 1 hour at 350°.
