  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Combine oil, sugar and eggs and beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

    Add flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and vanilla.

    Fold in apples and nuts.

    Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°.
