  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • pinch of cloves
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil

    Mix apples and sugar together; add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 X 12 pan at 325° for 1 hour.
