  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Mix the oil and sugar well. Add the eggs, one at a time.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Oil and flour a Bundt pan and bake 45 minutes in a 325° oven or in muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes.
