  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

    Rinse and trim asparagus.

    Place in 1 or 2 layers in a flat dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with margarine.

    Asparagus will be crunchy, and will not lose its color.
