  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. corn (fresh), grated
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 stick butter

    Scald milk.

    Beat eggs slightly and add all ingredients together.

    Bake 1 hour in water at 350°.

    Pour corn mixture into one casserole and place that casserole in a pan of hot water; place in the oven and bake.
