- 4 ears fresh corn
- 4 oz. fresh pea pods
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Remove husks and silk from corn; cut corn from cobs.

2In large skillet, cook corn and remaining ingredients except ground pepper in oil until tender-crisp.

3Serve with ground pepper.

4Refrigerate leftovers.
