  • 1 qt. chicken broth (homemade, canned or bouillon)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped ham or bacon
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook potatoes and ham or bacon in chicken broth until potatoes are soft.
