  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Let raise 20 minutes or until double in size.

    Knead a little in pan and shape in rolls or cinnamon rolls.

    Let raise again 20 minutes or until double size.

    Bake at 325° about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. 5
    Makes very good cinnamon rolls.
