  • 1 small bag frozen Shoepeg corn or 2 cans Shoepeg corn
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Microwave uncovered on High until thick and bubbly, stirring frequently.

    Can be baked in oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until thick.
