Fresh Dill Pickles

- 1 basket pickles
- dill
- 2 qt. water
- 1/3 c. kosher salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Wash pickles.

2Place layer of dill on bottom of jar, then, layer some pickles; alternate.

3Put in 2 to 3 garlic cloves. Bring 2 quarts water, salt and vinegar to a boil for a few minutes.

4Pour this brine over the pickles and cover with white cloth over the jar; put in cool spot.

5Let stand for 7 days.

6Put in closed jar and refrigerate.
