- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place a slice of onion, lemon and butter in the body cavity of each fish.

4and cook over coals, about 10 minutes on each side (longer cooking time for larger fish).
