  • 4 tsp. heavy cream
  • Crostini
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh mangos, brunoise
  • 6 Tbsp. kiwis, brunoise

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 each ciabatta rolls, each cut vertically into 16 slices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

    Lemon Cream Cheese: Beat ingredients with mixer 1-1/2 min.

    or until smooth and well blended, stopping to scrape bowl after 1 min.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Crostini: Combine fruit, onions, mint, lemon zest, salt, pepper and vinaigrette.

    Place ciabatta slices in single layer in sheet pans.

    Brush with oil.

    Bake in 325 degrees F-convection oven 2 to 3 min.
