  • 1 Prepared 12-inch pizza crust
  • 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 red banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Green seedless grapes
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup zante currants
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds

    Preheat oven to 350AF.

    Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

    Place crust on the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.

    In a small bowl, blend Mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla.
