- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cooked vanilla pudding
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 lb. seedless white grapes
- 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
Directions

1Drain each can of fruit separately, reserving 2/3 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/3 cup peach juice. Mix juices and pudding into a heavy sauce.

2Cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly.

3Bring mixture to a boil and cook until it is clear.

4Cool.

5Mix canned fruit with sauce.

6Refrigerate until ready to serve.

7Just before serving, add bananas, grapes and strawberries.
