- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 c. strawberries, cut into halves
- 5 apricots, cut into fourths
- 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. apple jelly

1Bake cookie crust; cool.

2Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on low speed until smooth.

3Beat in whipping cream on low speed until blended; beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4-inch of edge.

4Arrange fruit in circles on crust.

5Heat jelly over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.

6Brush over fruit.

7Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
