  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 2 large Asian pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 pint raspberries
