  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
  • 2 c. half and half or heavy cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh grated lemon peel
  • 1/3 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice

    In a large bowl, combine half and half and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.
