- 1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
- 2 c. half and half or heavy cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh grated lemon peel
- 1/3 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine half and half and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.

2Add lemon peel and lemon juice.

3Pour into cooled pie crust.

4Freeze several hours until firm.

5To serve, garnish with lemon twists.
