  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

    Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan.

    until smooth, then cook over medium heat until thickened and smooth.
