  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups non fat yogurt plain
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 gelatin .25 oz.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cups whipped topping non-fat
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 green food coloring

Directions

    Stir sugar into yogurt.

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, let sit 2 minutes, microwave for 40 seconds.

    Add gelatin and remaining ingredients to yogurt.

    Fold into crust and set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
