  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 or 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 small box peach Jell-O
  • Cool Whip topping

Directions

    Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and salt until clear, then add 1 box peach Jell-O while mixture is still hot.

    Let cool and pour over sliced peaches in bottom of baked crust.

    Top with Cool Whip.
