  • 1/8 c. sugar substitute
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened white grape juice
  • 1 1/2 c. mashed fresh peaches
  • crunchy whole wheat pastry shell
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 c. sliced fresh peaches

Directions

    Combine sugar substitute and cornstarch in medium-size pan. Stir in grape juice and mashed peaches.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Place sliced peaches in crunchy whole wheat pastry shell.

    Spoon cooled peach mixture over sliced peaches.

    Chill overnight.
