- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. chopped, peeled pears
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend together sugar, eggs and cooking oil.

2Stir in pears and pecans.

3Sift dry ingredients together and blend into sugar mixture.

4Pour into 13 x 9-inch cake pan or Bundt pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until browned.
