- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- extra olive oil for storage of pesto
Directions

1Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

2Cover pesto with thin layer of olive oil and refrigerate in a tightly sealed jar.

3If stored this way, it will keep well for up to 6 months.
