- 1 lb. fresh salmon fillet
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted and cooled butter
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine in food processor
Directions

1Bake salmon in a little water with lemon.

2When cooled, flake salmon into bowl, removing all bones and skin.

3Add butter, sour cream and onion to salmon.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Place in a mold (a bowl will do), lined with wax paper.

6Chill overnight.
