  • 10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach
  • 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) bean sprouts, drained
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions

    Cut or tear washed spinach into small pieces.

    Slice chestnuts paper thin.

    Drain bean sprouts.

    Combine spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs and bacon.
