  • 5 large green peppers
  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. sage
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Boil peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.

    Drain and cool slightly.

    Cook beef and onion until brown.

    Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.

    Bake in greased casserole dish at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.
