- 5 large green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 tsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/4 c. chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Boil peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.

2Drain and cool slightly.

3Cook beef and onion until brown.

4Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.

5Bake in greased casserole dish at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Makes 5 servings.

7Serve with salad and garlic bread for a real good meal.
