  • 1/2 head cabbage, cored and shredded
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 c. sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 medium cauliflower flowerets
  • 1/2 green pepper, thin sliced
  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 large potato, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomato wedges
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 bay leaf
