Ingredients
- 1 lb. broccoli, cut into thin stalks
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 large zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch
- 1 patty pan or scallop squash, sliced 1/4-inch
- 6 to 8 mushrooms, washed and halved
- 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Arrange vegetables on largest round glass platter that will fit microwave.

2Place broccoli around edge; arrange cauliflower next to broccoli.

3Alternate squash, mushrooms and peppers toward center of dish.

4Combine melted butter, garlic salt and pepper and drizzle over vegetables.

5Cover with waxed paper and microwave 10 to 15 minutes.

6Vegetables should remain crisp, not mushy.
