Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. corn oil margarine, melted
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced okra
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. corn, cut from cob
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. sliced yellow squash
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in margarine in a large skillet 2 minutes.

2Add frozen okra, garlic, salt and pepper.

3Cook over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring gently.

4Add corn and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Add tomato and squash to skillet; continue to cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

6Remove from heat and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.

7Remove garlic before serving.

8Yields 8 servings.
